We make a point of promptly responding to all communication, and are always ready to assist you with the necessary paperwork and processes. Upon submission, we aim to respond to your application within 2-3 business days.
To ensure our prompt delivery of services, please be ready to provide the necessary requirements as mandated by law. Aside from a signed residency application form and fee, these may include proof of identity, income/employment information, residence history, and credit history, among other pertinent information.
In general, prospective tenants should have an income of at least three times the monthly rent of their chosen property. Two years of positive history on rent, lease, or loan is also standard, as is a good credit history and no criminal record.
Those with pets should ensure that the landlord or property management of the chosen property allows for pets in writing. We are happy to assist in this and any other regard for your particular situation.
